Return Policy

                  RETURN POLICY

Customer may return any product purchased from Electronixoutlet.com  within 14 days of delivery

of the order.

Holiday Special

For Purchases made between November 15 to December 15, 2005 may return their product until

January 1, 2005.

Customer may request a replacement product, or refund.

20% restocking fee will be applied to your return.

Items with manufacturer’s defect::

·          Please return the defective product  and we will promptly ship you a replacement.

·          If you are returning a defective item and do not want a replacement, there will be a 15% processing

        fee applied to your return.

·          Items returned as defective that are found to not to be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the

        returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support

        prior to requesting a return authorization.

·          Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

·          Shipping charges are not refundable.

How to return an item:

·          E-mail Electronixoutlet (service@electronixoutlet.com) to notify  a defective item and request an RMA number.

·          Please have your order number available.

·          Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide  a

         return reason.

·          Return must be like in a new condition. Otherwise, 25% restocking fee will be applied.

·          Returns will not be accepted without all the original packaging, manuals and accessories.

·          All returns must be received by Electronixoutlet within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.

·          Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 14 days of delivery of the order.

·          We recommend returns be made via UPS insured freight only.

·          Electronixoutlet accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.

·          You are responsible for all freight charges.
