We use UPS to deliver our products to customers. Based in a Los Angeles Distribution Center, UPS Ground can deliver to major Southern California addresses within the next day or and 1-6 days to other locations.
Please use Time-In-Transit calculation program to estimate the delivery time for UPS Ground.
You can also specify 2nd Day Air or 3 Day select to meet your delivery requirements.
You can track your shipments at our web site with the tracking information supplied to you by e-mail.

Warranty

Most items come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of three months to one year from the date of your purchase, depending on the manufacturer.
This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product with the same product.

Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, or altered with.
Warranty is void due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty apart from shipping costs.

To arrange to have goods repaired under warranty you need to contact the manufacturer's warranty department with the product number and serial number. You will need to give a product description and outline the problem.

We recommend that product returned by post be sent by UPS with insurance or other insured postal services.
